BEWARE THE RENEWAL PERIOD

One thing ITEC will not tell you, and other providers, is that there you absolutely have to terminate the agreement before 90 days prior to the contract end period. This sounds standard but if you go 1 day over it will lock you in for a further 12 months.<br> <br> other providers allow you to pay a 90 day cancellation period but not ITEC.<br> <br> its shameful, its the only way they can hold onto business then sobeit but its shameful and in a way devious.<br> <br> had we known about this they would have received the cancellation in time but this they do not tell you either, only when its too late.
