Absolutely pathetic fibre guys

My workplace decided to get fibre with ITEC, as they said it’s great. Since the start of the project it was chaos, with technicians asking me about wiring and wasting my time to wait after hours to install the wifi, without any success obviously. And when the wifi is down and the pharmacy can’t operate, they just don’t care to escalate the issue. We are literally losing business and a lot of customers, and on top of that we deal with people’s health. I do expect better service, or any service, if we pay thousands of rands towards the fibre on a monthly basis.

I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND Itec. You will be bettwr off with no internet connection, because at least that is cheaper than Itec.
