POOR SERVICE OF ITEC WELKOM FREE STATE

We apply for WIFI services at ITEC Welkom on the 1 of December 2017... We speak to ****chka and she would sent people to Riebeecstad for line of sight... After 2 weeks and several calls and unprofesional attend to my calls... they come and have a look... after a dms from ****chka asking for a email adress witch I proved.... After 2 days we didnt received NOTHING... My huband and i went to their office on the 14 December 2017 to complete the forms.... we went back and ask them for the 2year promotion contract witch ****chka said she will still accept it because it expires on the 1 of December2017.... Nobody even know were the form is and yes of course ****chka were nowhere to be found.... Nobody explain to us please do not pay the R570 right know because we are out of stock.... On the 23 December 2017 i went to pay the R570 at Standerd Bank at 09H30.... we submit the papers personaly to on the 27 of December 2017 to the lady infront desk... She had black bobhair with glases... She asure us they will instal it very early in January 2018... On the 3 of January 2018 ****chka phone and make a appointment for installation for 10 December 2018... Today i received a sms that maybe they will come because they out of stock but they have stock when they received my payment.... After 2 calls on the 5 of Hanuary 2018 at 15H30 the desk lady asure me that ****chka would call me back... untill now 21H36 no feedback or call from ****hcka.... I phoned and ask the desklady for client service number with she couldnt provide.... I wouldnt recoment ITEC Welkom to anyone who want to install WIFI please you cant complain about service because there is NO service.... ****chka when you read this letter please phone me back before 2019.... ********** 737 Mrs ES Nagel...
