Paying printing costs on your own printer

<p>In 2014 I purchased a printer for R7325.40.Was given the option to rent it but chose to buy it outright. In 2015 I asked for a toner and was told that before they can come to change the toner I must pay R20 220.28 for the copies I made.I paid this R20220.00 because it was urgent that the printer works as we were in the middle of a big project.Afterwards I approached them to find out why I had to pay for copies I made on my own machine and they wanted proof of the outright purchase which I duly forwarded to them and we discovered that their sales man had actually made me sign a rental of my own printer a few days after Ihad purchased it.Inow want to be re imbursed my printing costs of R20220.28.</p>
