Never a technichian available/never toner stock

Businesses: Please save yourself allot of hassles and do not utilize this company for your printing needs. Especially their PE branch.<br> <br> They never have toner in stock(You will wait for days and many follow up calls before you are attended to).<br> <br> We phoned first thing as they opened the morning to advise Christelle that our printer has a problem and giving exactly the same problem as 2 days ago when a technician attended to the same problem. We ordered a toner that day with the technician aswell but till today nobody from Itec supp**** one to us.<br> <br> After numerous calls to Christelle she said she will send someone to attend to our problem but they just never come.<br> <br> If this was the 1st incident I would have been gracious but it appears that this is the normal service received from them as this personally have been the 3rd time I can remember that this has happened.<br> <br> Just not on guys. You are in the service industry!!!
