Always late with deliveries be aware

I want to take this time to write so that other companies don't fall into the same trap as we did. If you are looking for a printer provider then i wont suggest Itec, they are always late with their toner deliveries and i constantly have to log a call for new toners, they refuse to leave a spare set onsite to prevent us from running out.

They are weak suppliers and over the 4 years we have been with them service never improved.
