FANTASTIC SERVICE BEYOND EXPECTATION

<p>We purchased matching taps with showers for the basins in or newly revamped bathroom. The taps were Zucchetti. When one started leaking I went to the suppliers (CTM) who could not help me. I then searched the internet and found that the importers of Zucchetti were ITD (International Tap Distributors) so I emailed them on 21 JUne asking if they could help. On the morning of 22 June I had a reply and was asked to send photographs of the taps / shower head. I was advised that they no longer import those taps but they would try to help. By 12:30 Kenny M had arrived and installed two new matching taps at no charge. My bathroom is beautiful again, without leaks.</p> <p>Sincere thanks to Kenny Archer, Kenny M and the team for excellent service and for upholding a guarantee even when no longer supporting the product.
