ITC Brokers SA in PTA is a ****! I paid them a deposit in March to help clear my name from credit bureau and I was advised it would take 21-30 days! I had to ask for invoice and follow up on my case as they just carried on with their lives no one got back to me with feedback till I had to ask! It’s been two months now and when I ask for a refund I’m sent from cape to Cairo was told it would be paid within 7 days, guess what today marks 11 days I am still not refunded and when I ask I get ignored nothing of mine is responded to and I don’t understand why one has to nag and beg people who know nothing about customer service it’s like they giving the service for free! It’s really not a company one should ever resort to for help they don’t treat clients right or take them seriously all they care about is money in their pockets
