ITC and White Pages

I have been served with summons from ITC on behalf of white pages listing....and have been hounded by calls upon calls.. I signed a so called free "Free engine advertisment" and I was shocked to get a bill for + - 8 000. 00 in 2019 and when I got that bill I called them and no reply sent email no reply and finally managed to get hold of them and after explaining that my stupidity that i was under the impression it was free can we cancel this contract which they agreeded and asked me to pay 50% of the invoice which we did...after paying I sent them Proof of payment and with that proof of payment I sent an email asking them to cancel the contract and to remove our name from their listing/data base and do not contact us going forward...numeroous emails sent none was attended to I called no luck.. In 2020 in the lockdown I get another invoice for 2020 listing so I have refused to pay and now they want R13568.60 for services in 2020 together with interest and I refused to pay well my company I just work here. They have handed me over to ITC summons and this Miss Kim Pillay thats keeps calling me is one rude lady says to me if I have read the terms & conditions , if I can read & write ...as the terms say unless white pages does not acknowledge receipt of my cancellation I am responsible for the next year's payment. My reply to Miss Kim Pillay if White pages takes 2 years to read & reply or acknowledge my request for cancellation how can i be held responsible for the following years contract. Yes I had made an error and I paid for the error and I am not soo stupid to make the same error again..as the contract said free in tiny tiny writing it had an amount which I did not read with the nake eyes or with specs.

ITC Summons called me few mins back threatning me if payment is not made they will black list us and we will be blocked and all cost including ITC has to be paid.
