ITC DEBT ADMINISTRATORS-Rude abrupt call centre agent Vinesh and service provider

ITC debt administrators are the rudest administrators so far from their service to their consultants.

You keep sending me sms about not paying you AGAIN,, please go do your homework and than get back to me, why should I go through all the homework of providing you with a proof of payment when I have paid MY debt as per agreement.

I called last week or around Christmas and told your agent that I did make payment for December to top it off today I called again just to advice again that I did and have been making payment .

Firstly when calling you the call dropped twice Than your very offensive , Rude arrogant consultant Vinesh Shaba or whatever his surname is told me very arrogantly that there is nothing wrong with your phones and proceeded to be rude on the call please listen to it.

I told him that I did make payment but he proceeded to talk over me and tell me to send a POP without checking anything he was very abrupt at this point .

I than asked for 2 simple things that I know can be done as other ITC companies do it.

1. Send me a sms with your business email address to where I can send the POP to, I was still willing to send it through as demanded by him but he said No he will give it to me over the phone.

2nd. I asked that he sms me the payment arrangement I have with you guy and again No,he ramped on about me getting smss to pay my account.

So you see even when one calls to get help you are spoken to and treated like you owe the call centre agent money and it is his company.

Please can someone with customer service s****s and who is less sensitive get back to me and send me what I have asked for in my points above.

Lastly please stop sending me rude silly sms and call me instead as I wont call your rude call centre and waste my airtime on another Vinesh!
