Poorest service ever

I am really irritated by this company. Yesterday, 23/01/16 at 16:40 i received a call from some guy saying he's outside my gate to deliver my parcel. I told him to wait for me because i was not there. How can ITC send their people for deliveries without confirming the availability of person receiving the goods?? The guy gave me a nasty attitude and decided to leave with my parcel. This morning i received a call from Matome also from ITC confirming the return of my parcel at their offices. I am very disgusted. I fail to understand how do they expect someone to be available for them 24/7 as if life revolves around them. Why did ITC not phone me and tell me they will be delivering at whatever time??? BIG UP to sky net... At least they check with you before time.
