Not helped

<div>My wife and I were not happy with the service from Sharmaine. We paid R6000 into Sharmaine Bidvest Bank account on 15 March 2024 and she watsapped us to inform us that we will get a response from her within 2 days, up until now we we haven't heart anything from Sharmaine meanwhile she took our money. We tried calling her and sending her watsapps but she just ignores our calls and blue ticks us. I want to give Sharmaine the benefit of a doubt given the good reviews about her services but in my case it's something totally different as she is giving us the run around and we paid her a lot of money but no service.</div>
