Italtile Clearwater 6months after collection of funds. No delivery, No communication

I purchased a shower from Italtile Clearwater and disclaimer was that one could order spare parts in future if anything went wrong. Unfortunately the shower panel accidentally broke after installation. I contacted them to order the shower panel. They ordered for me, I paid for it. I was told it ready for collection. I went to collect but unfortunately it was the wrong part. It was the door panel instead of the wall panel. I took it back. All this happened in October 2023.

Same day they said they would order the correct panel. I was told it would take 3 months. No problem was happy to wait. I have not had a single phone call from anyone at Italtile. I would call to leave messages only to be given lies that someone would call back. Luckily one day in March now 2024 I managed to get ahold of the person who was assisting me. She told me the panel was delivered (but no one ever called me) and it was then sold to another customer (the absolute nerve)! They said no to worry they would get me another one. We are nearing end of April and guess what no phone call or nothing for Italtile. They still have my money for almost 6months and no shower panel of communication
