No response from Italtan regarding bonded leather product that cracked after a year

<p>Last year I wanted to cover my lounge suite in leather. I got somebody to give us a quote. I looked at italtan's samples and it looked like leather. I then looked at your website and saw that it was bonded leather. I told the guy that I want leather and not bonded leather, because I googled bonded leather and it will last only a year before cracking. He guaranteed me that your product is the best and will not do it and leather would be too expensive. Now a year later all my coaches are cracked which were covered in normal fabrick lasted 15 years before!!!! He said that the people from Italtan said that the couches were washed with the wrong detergent. I do not have kids in the house and maybe have people over once a month. These couches were never dirty and I told the lady that works for me not to use any soap or any detergents on the couches. I am very disappointed in your product and should never have listened to use your product. Even with the SABS approval I have cracked couches after a year!!!! I contact Italtan via their website with an enquiry. They rep****, but when complaining, no response!!</p>
