Given up waiting.....

<p>We took my fiances Tissot watch to have the battery replaced. A short time later, while overseas, the back of the watch fell off. When we returned to South Africa they apologised and told us there was a special seal missing, available only from Tissot. They promised to order one and fix the watch but after a few months, many phone calls and tired excuses we gave up and had the watch repaired at a different jeweller that, surprise, surprise, had the seals freely available.</p>
