DISGUSTING SERVICE

I actually can't get over what happened with the Italian kitchen, NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!! I'm visiting my mom in Cape Town and decided to get some pizza for her and one for my aunt that was visiting her as well. I've place an order through ORDER IN for TWO PIZZAs. When the delivery guy arrived my sister fetched the pizza and came with one pizza box. We opened it and it's been a mess of the two pizzas I ordered put on one pizza base!!!! Me being the person that wanted to show them how cool and convenient ORDER IN is wnd this happens!!! My aunt decided to wait as I called the restaurant, spoke to them about what happened... first time they said they'll deliver two as they said it they dropped my call and I called back, they never answered and my call went to voicemail x4 times! I gave it 10 mins and called again and then they answered (obviously hoping I would stop calling) 2nd called I explained the story to two different people and then they put me on to a third and I was furious and said they needed to speak to each other and find out what the deal is with my complaint, and ofcourse the third person CUT MY CALL again!!! Called back and same story they let me go to voicemail a few times. Now IM FURIOUS as I'm wasting MY AIRTIME and still no one has bother assisting me or calling me back! Called again after 10 mins and again they put me through to two different people to deal with and same thing over and over and over again, NO ONE IS ACTUALLY WILLING TO HELP!!! By then they put me through to a lady which I then told I would rate them etc and she said " that's so unfair because Ive been rude to them" please refer to story above and see that I've actually been very patient with them as I've had to waste my airtime and speak to numerous people and guess what..... still nothing done!! Great, my aunt left with nothing. The mess they sent us was basically a pizza they decided to cut cost on and I would never ever order from them again when I'm in Cape Town! EVER! So embarrassed and not to mention disappointed. #DisgustingService and they definetly don't even deserve the one star!!!
