Bronpi Dover Fireplace

Within a year of purchase, I started having problems with this fireplace (the 4th I purchased from Italcotto). No problems with the other 3, but this time it started to rust and due to the controls not working, I cannot dampen the fire, resulting in the glass to melt. Numerous calls have not helped to get the problem resolved. Think I must get the consumer authorities involved. Cannot continue as is.
