No interest

I ordered parts from them for a Phillips Chopper. I have been waiting 10 weeks and absolutely no feedback from them. They never call me back and don't reply in emails. It seems most people are "working" from home but they have to wait until that person comes in to work to find out what is going on.. It really can't work like that!
