Very Poor customer service.

At first I thought that this business was great and provided good service but one of the staff and owner/manager were very rude and have no customer skills. I had an appointment with them which they did not met and they made me understand that I am the guilty party. The staff member put the phone down while I was still busy talking with him. I will not recommend this business for anyone.
