Need assistance with a warranty claim, IT sure is a no show in this regard.

I have been trying to make contact with IT sure since December, I understand they were closed but then I emailed and sent the requested info to them in January 2026. Ive been sending follow up emails to no avail. Consultant who responded in December was Nnini.
