IT Signs and Graphics-UNPROFESSIONAL AND ***********!

IT signs and graphics is the most unprofessional and *********** company I have ever come across! They over promise and under deliver!

I received a quote to tint my doors and windows and agreed to use this provider based on the price and recommendation.

On day one of installation the owner mentioned that he had no previous experience using mirror tint and did an appalling job with application! I paid a deposit and was planning on paying the rest upon completion.I felt sorry for the owner who complained about the lack of business due to covid and was asked to pay upfront as he needed funds. My husband and I discussed this at length and agreed to pay the full amount and the owner-Jaco reassured us that the job will be completed asap and that he wouldn't sleep until it was done correctly. Every day for more than a week we waited for Jaco to confirm a time and date to redo the job.

Eventually he came back and again did a poor job! The tint was app**** in a rush, bubbles appeared on installation and scratches on all our windows.He promised to fix it and never came back, I called and messaged everyday for 2 weeks and he promised that he would come through and yes he never did!

We trusted the owner-Jaco and gave him the benefit of doubt based on covid and learnt our lesson the hard way!
