New pool 6 months and still not complete

IT Secure. Construction company in Nelspruit area. Builds pools and decks etc. Paid deposit in April for construction of a new pool with a promise that work will be completed by 31/05/2019. Progress was slow but steady until mid May. Since then it is promise after promise and excuse after excuse. As of 30/09/2019 there has been no progress for 12 weeks !!!! Pool still not complete. Avoid this contractor.
