BAD ELECTRICIAN

Got the quote through. Bark.com Guy contacted me all amped up to do the job, sent a quote, 70% dep to be paid. day 1 no show. day 2 pitched up with stories about the wrong tools and getting someone to help, day 3 no show AGAIN. Then i asked my money back and 3 times promises were made and NO actions were taken. Still R1800 out of pocket. This guy **** to my face and stole my money like a common *****. Hope theres an easier way of dealing with ****bags like this.
