Please be ever so careful when purchasing an iphone or Mac computer. The iphone is the most expensive phone on the market and once bought you have to keep on paying for everything. I use my iphone for work and every time I need information they class it as tech support and you have to pay 200 Rand. Firstly you need to go on line to make a booking and most times no-one can find the booking. To call the call center you need to be prepared to stay on the line for at least 30 min. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told she would call me back. Still waiting. The service is shocking. I can go to Samsung and spend hours with them explaining whatever is needed and not be charged a cent....
