Bad service

Take care when using IT-ETC. They are quick to give quotes. Take 70% deposit and then take their time to deliver. Once they do provide the product, you can forget that they will make sure everything is working properly. Have all the evidence.

8 September 2020, paid the 70% deposit with the promise they will start work within 2 days.

16 September, they arrived only to take down all the old cables.

23 September, waiting for further services only with empty promises.

7 October, all was installed however there was a few issues still to be sorted out, and they insisted on settlement of outstanding amount. Unfortunately we did pay the.

18 November, still waiting for them to fix the issues.

21 January 2021 posted about poor service.

22 January, Jaco from IT-ETC called us to arrange fixing problem in order to take down complaint. Realized he never installed 1TB but a 300GB, and said it is suppliers fault.

27 January, put in new cables with promise to finish the work and put in correct harddrive.

Today, 17 March, still waiting for answers from IT-ETC and to give us what we paid for.
