ISUZU SPECIALIST POTCHEFSTROOM - OWNED BY ORLANDO
There is nothing good about this company and the owner called Orlando. Actually they dont deserve any rating. I gave 1star just so I can be able to post and alert other Isuzu owners what I have experienced. Last year my KB250 Go Big shape blew the engine up and in November I paid R35000 with 3months warranty for KB300 engine so I can have enough power instead of fixing the KB250 engine.
He fitted old s**** engine using my KB250 compesator and other spares on KB300 engine. I picked up the bakkie and when I got home my garage was flooded with oil and water and I called him and took pics to show him all the leakages and he came to pick up the bakkie.
He called and said it was oil cooler that broke and it mixed water and oil but according to him they flushed the engine and fitted a new oil cooler. He brought the bakkie back on the 29th of November and assured me that he sorted everything and on the 30th I drove the bakkie to Pretoria from Vaal.
On my way on R21 facing Pretoria there was a funny sound in the engine and I had to pull on the side road to check. I could not see anything wrong on the engine and I called him but never picked up my calls and I sent him messages about that and he rep**** on whatsapp and said he was on his way to KZN.
I had to drive as I was forced to pick up my son from university as it was his last day to be at varsity residence. I reached Pretoria driving very slow with a funny sound from the engine. About 125km from Vaal finally the engine stopped while driving and I had to pull out and I saw massive oil leak on the ground. I slept on the road while waiting for towtruck and I paid R3000 for uplifting my bakkie.
He came two weeks after at my house to pick up the bakkie again to his workshop. I took pics of the engine while I was waiting for him to pick up my bakkie and I went to GM to compare the fitted engine in my bakkie with ones that are for sale and thats when I realised thay he fitted my compesator from my old KB250 engine, no turbo and other parts were totally different from the pics I took and the real KB300 engine.
He called and said the bakkie broke cos of overrevving which is a total B.S. and the quote for repairing will cost me another R15000 on top of R35k I paid in November. The bakkie broke just one day after delivery from him. I told him I will get back to him and finally in April I decided to fetch my bakkie as is from him cos I lost trust and faith in him and the costs for towing again was R3500. My question was how will I trust this guy with so much money if he failed to be fair with me. He is a ***** and dishonest and rob people their money off.
I took my bakkie to engineering place to assess the engine. I was told that 4 x pistons and conrods are missing. The crankshaft that broke and made a hole in the block is not a KB300 part its a KB250 crankshaft, he supp**** me with a dismatled turbo and its also not a KB300 part, it belong to old KB250TD engines.
When I called him he ignored by calls but rep**** to my whatsapp messages. Now hes asking me for my email address so he can send me the invoice for strip and quote and storage fees. The way he is a ***** he forget that he came to my house to pick up the bakkie under warranty and that warranty expired while bakkie was in his workshop.
I didn't ***** that bakkie from his workshop. I called him and he agreed that I can take it. Two weeks later he wants storage fees when he failed to repair the bakkie under his warranty he provided when I paid for the engine. I paid R35k to drive my bakkie for half a day and it mixed oil and water when I got home.
By the 30th of November I drove it after repairs for another few hours and it broke that I slept on the road far away from my house and cost me R3k for towing. I am left with just a shell and without an engine cos of broken wrong spares, broken crankshaft, a hole inside the block, broken turbo, ****** pistons and conrods.
All the people who got good service I call it luck cos to me I had a horrible experience with Orlando and his so called Isuzu specialist company.
Your overrefing story is just plain and absolute BS cos you only told me about that when you finished with my bakkie you never discussed that me before you took my bakkie and my money to do the modifications.
Simple logic to your claims is that a weak engine 2.5L will do that overreving thing cos its weak but the 3L will provide more power with less revs so your talk dont make sense which in reality is the opposite of your overreving claims.
If you really did it for free, then why did you ask for my email to send me invoice for strip and quote **** or should I attach our whatsapp conversations here so people can see how manipulative you are. So please dont play Mr nice here and lie to the public about your so called "free of charge."
Do you say free because you have been exposed how you run your *****ed business or free because I had warranty and you decided to nullify it with you overreving theory.
You had to do it cos my bakkie was under 3 months guarantee but u decided to charge me another R15k on top of R35k that was already paid to you. You are so greedy, ****, manipulator and ********. God will deal with you in His own way one day.
You brought the bakkie on the 29th of November knowing I had to fetch my son on the 30th of November and you and your partner saw my trailer and you confirmed that I will be able to drive to Pta without any problems.
Tell me what is stopping you from giving me my parts you stole from my bakkie zor you kept them so you can resell them to another victim, what is stopping you from providing me with proper KB300LX turbo not the s**** you sent to me cos I paid you R35k for the complete engine not useless thing you built for me and hide behind diff ratio stories that you never mentioned before you touched my bakkie.
