Salesperson selling under false pretenses

Good Day. I have bought a vehicle from Adele with 28k kilos. I have asked her about the services and warrentee on the vehicle and she ensured me the vehicle has everyhing in place as i saw the paperwork said Client Declined all and i phoned her before signing the contract ,she said no that is irrelevant i have everything and the vehicle has full service history but the book was empty on the vehicle which i only saw after the vehicle was delivered. First i had to send the vehicle back as it was leaking water the safteybelt sensors was not working etc. When i reached my 30k service they informed me but i lost my service deal as they never took the vehicle for his 15k service and now i have lost my service deal after she ensured me everything is in perfect order. They delivered the vehicle and immediately left without checking the vehicle with you or explaining the contract or the add ons such as cartrack that suddenly is a debit order after i cancelled the first month i still had to pay 2 debit orders. Now she is not even responding on my messages. This is not the first time someone complained about her as one of my friends also bought a vehicle with her and has numerous complaints but nothing is being done. At this moment everyone is giving up and sorting the stuff themselves. But this lady continues to sell vehicles under false pretenses. Do not buy a vehicle from her and if you do ensure you read the contract before signing and inspect the vehicle fully and query before signing as they are responding with read your contract.
