Free my bakkie please

In October 2021, I took my car for engine repairs at ISUZU Middelburg. The car fixed initially but after three weeks it had engine problems and I took it back for diagnostic and repairs again. Since, it the car broke just soon after the service, I was extremely distress about this. To my surprise, I wan informed by the service manager that they will try to fix my car and follow up with the technician who worked on the car. Today, 11 June 2022, I still do not have my car back, nor have I had a satisfactory answer why they are not returning my car back. I tried to speak to the dealer principal but our engagement ended in a shouting match and he hung up on me. From the time the car went into service last year to date, I have been spending about R25 000.00 a month to rent a bakkie, meanwhile our company bakkie is held by Isuzu Middelburg.
