4 Years after purchase we still dont have a natis!!!

Our business bought an Isuzu D-Max 250 Fleetside from this dealer in 2021. This was a cash transaction. We have not received the natis registered in our name since then, we have called, threatened, and begged and have still not been assisted.

It has been 4 YEARS!!!

The salesperson was Adele and her manager Ian is even less helpful.

We will now be reporting this to the motor industry ombudsman!!!
