5 MONTHS OF BEING A PASSENGER WHILE I HAVE A CAR

On the 05th of June 2019 I took my car to the Middelburg Isuzu Dealer as it had some noise in the engine and the problem was said to be the hydraulic lifters which will be replaced. After a long fight I was called to come fetch the car on the 19th of August 2019. Upon arrival I paid an additional amount of R1802.65 which was a shortfall to the payment of R15008.88 paid by M-Sure insurance. I was then led to the car which within starting and idling could detect that the problem still exist. I then told them that I will not accept the car as the problem remain unsolved or not fixed. It has been a struggle to get atleast a mere phone call update from them then I reported the matter to the M-Sure insurance for them to know that the car is still there and not fixed. They then called me once after receiving a call from the M-Sure insurance informing me that they will be removing and sending the cylinder head to engineering for further scrutiny as they cannot seem to identify the problem at hand. To date my car is not back I went to the garage today 12 November 2019 and I seem to not find joy in this dealership as they seem so relaxed while I suffer due to their incompetence. All I want is my fixed car back home PLEASE.
