IStyle bad service

I have recently had the experience of small town bad service and after service, having been told that my issue had been sorted out, only to return home with the problem still. I am now being ignored when I email to find out what is going on. I was referred to this place and owner as they were said to be reliable and honest, however I have realized otherwise.
