Very Shocking Service

In May i contacted Istyle to assist me with a Quotation on my scooter that i purchased from them last year 2014. They phoned me to let me know that they where on there way to my property to look at the scooter and to confirm the address of my house. I arrived home before them and called to find out what the hold up was, I was then informed that they could not find my house as i explained that they where not more then 50 meters from my house they then informed me they would not go further as they have a call out and had to go. It would have taken them no more then 5 min to inspect my scooter and issue me a brake down on the pricing for the repairs . This is not the first time I have tried to get service from them with out success. On the 1/08/2015 I went in to the shop to complain about there service and was promised that some one will be coming on the 03/08/2015 to have a look at my scooter and assist me with a Quotation, as of to day I have yet to have a phone call or any type of contact from Istyle to let me know that they will be coming to look at my scooter. I had ordered a part from Istyle a few weeks after purchasing the scooter from them and have yet to receive the part.
