Zero customer service

Appauled by the service received from istore Cresta. Was told I must come back tomorrow because they knocking off and not sure how long the upgrade system will take. Was there at 5.30pm. Are you telling me that I can't be assisted before they knock off where is the customer service there. If the upgrade takes more time, what's wrong with that.. What happened to going the extra mile. Was assisted by a woman name Noluthando or something. Not very friendly. First time wanting to use the apple brand. I'm thinking twice.
