You guys seriously need to rethink how you treat your clients

Incidents overlooked: 1) I went in to buy 2 new iPads worth R16k. I give the cashier my credit card and he asks for my ID. I ask why? He then literally shoves a sign in front of my face with their store policy of ID required for any purchases above R5k as if asking "CAN"T YOU READ"?. Besides both request and impertinence insulting, I deal with manager who diffuses situation. 2) I want to trade in old iPads - it is not clearly advertised anywhere that it will take time to register items (long as they want up to your jock size), and it will take 2 weeks to pay out. I am not too concerned but I don't want to cause another scene again for not being properly informed - not convenient at all, nor client centric. This tradein process gets done 13June2017

Finally, my actual complaint: After trade in, I was given a low estimate of what would pay out. In 3 working day average, 'someone' would contact me from their service center with a final offer. This did not happen. Today, after 23 days (awesome service) I get contacted with a request for more details. I ask that the final amounts be confirmed before we go on with more painful paperwork. Itumeleng Makena simply sends me back a copy of the estimates I signed. I am pulling my hair out in frustration. I am not unreasonable, I am actually more patient than most - but seriously!!!! If you abuse my patience, how do you treat your other customers? I am rethinking why I am still buying apple products after 10 years? There are better performing devices out there and I am not paying a premium for pathetic service like this! You should be ashamed that you can't get basics right.
