Worst very bad Customer Service ever

Worst customer service ever, they don’t respond to issues even their complaint talk2us email, they are mute. Since October last year returned a phone with intention to upgrade. Even today I’m still waiting for them. I have since bought another 1 from Vodacom since I couldn’t wait anymore longer.
