WORST UPGRADE EXPERIENCE - STAY AWAY!

I preordered the new iPhone from iStore Cellular. I asked numerous times for confirmation of when I would receive my upgrade order. I was told Monday on numerous times. It is now Tuesday and I'm leaving for a business trip until Friday evening.

I have yet to receive the phone or even my tracking number working. CourierIT was useless, but as a customer how would I know its their fault because iStore blames them and CourierIT says not our fault.

No word from iStore, I have to continue to initiate or follow up from my side. No compensation, poor customer service. I would not recommend going through Core Group or iStore Cellular.
