Worst stores in SA

I have honestly never had a good experience with these stores. They’re not even good at sales. Lucky for them the product sells itself. Service department is understaffed and untrained, 8 sales consultants at the store in canal walk this morning, 1 service support staff, stood there for 45min without being helped. Got pushed back for someone that had an appointment, nevermind the fact that the portal to book technical support does not work on an iPhone. You’re lucky that you don’t have competition in SA Core Group and IStore!
