worst store service ever

I stood around at I store cresta from round 10 mins in front of a consultant. Eventually I had to ask to be helped. Given he was busy with a client he went to get help he asked another consultant that was to busy having a conversation with his colleague to help me. Then some sweet girl came to help out but the store had no stock which I decided to tank her and walk out.
