Worst service I have ever received

Deserves 0 starts not 1. App**** for a Vodacom contract for a second hand iphone 14. Waited a while for the contract which I signed and returned. The repsonse I get a few dyas later is that the agent couldn't open the pdf I sent. I checked and it opened ok on my side, no password prtotection. Had to upload jpegs to a word file to send back to the agent. In the confusion of uploading jpegs I sent back one unsigned page. Signed the unsigned page and sent that back, the agent told me i didnt send anything back. I checked my emails, the signed page is there. At the same time I was told my rental contract was hand written and couldnt be used as proof of address. The rental contract is a standard typed out rental contract, with only the personal details and signature filled in by hand. So I must now get a new contract from the landlord just to get a phone contract iStore and Vodacom? I received the email at 3:39 pm to sya there were missing documents and that the proof of address wasn't sufficient, at 3:40pm I receive an email to say everything has been cancelled, the agent tried to reach me multiple times but couldnt. Prioir to the email at 3:39pm, I have no other emails or phone calls from the agent. The application number is CGL*** incase anyone at iStore cares which I doubt.
