Worst service ever!! No follow through, pathetic!

Did not even want to give Brooklyn one star... Tried to get a contract, went in day after day, gave up and asked them to cancel. Just received an account from Telkom, my so called cancelled contract has billed me over R15k!! What the hell? And to try and get hold of someone that knows what they are doing to sort this, pathetic...
