Worst Service ever from Iphone

I had gone into a istore at Cresta, Randburg to get a over the counter service consultant to assist in showing me how to back up my phone. The consultant went to the tech guys and came back and told me that the tech guys say that i need to pay R 200 for them to assist me on showing me how to use my own phone on how to back up my phone. Further more the most disappointing thing is that this consultant told me that she doesn't know how to do it. And i was the only customer in the store 15 minutes before the store close. And what makes matters worse is that this is a contact phone that i am still paying for. My phone is still under warrenty. Its very disgusting to know that a tech specialist wants to make money on the side to tell a user how to back up his information on his phone. If this complaint doesnt get attended to within the next 48 business hours i will have this escalated to Iphone head office.
