Worst service ever!

<p>I phoned the call centre to inquire about the iPad mini 4 128gb. On the Istore web site they have it as R14999, but the call centre said that Appel doesn't make the mini 4 in 128gb. Just in 16gb and 64gb. They don't even know what products they sell or make! They need more training! I'm going to change from iPhone to anything else just because of this!</p>
