Worst service

Most unhelpful, non interested, slowest service I have ever experienced at iStore, Menlyn. I had to queue for over an hour just to collect my serviced laptop. I requested several times why I had to wait over an hour just to collect something, with only 4 people in front of me. For goodness sake you have a 2.8 score on Google reviews catch a hint!
