Worst service

<p>About 2 weeks ago i submitted my request for an istore card after sending all the needed documents, i received an email telling me the istore card service team will contact me within 48 hours and its been almost 2 weeks without any feedback i phoned the call center about 4,5 times telling me the lines are busy, each call i made i waited about 15/ 20 min and no one picked up to help me. the worst service ever and i was the biggest apple fan.</p>
