Worst rendered service

I am disappointed and angry at the pathetic service provided at istore canal walk, they put us on a list as we were opening two contracts and were told that application take long so we should stay in the mall until we were contacted. Istore employees made me wait 4 hours for a service that wasn't even rendered.We were told to come in the morning for help after having to drive over an hour. I mark this establishment as little compassion, bad ethic and lazy work. Utterly disappointed!
