Worst online store store you could ever imagine

I dont even know where to begin.

I preordered the iPad pro 2020 model more than a month ago.

I haven’t received any update on my order. You cant phone the iStore, and the people at the call center are clueless....

I have a screen shot with at least 5-6 emails that I have sent without a reply.

They stopped the preorders on Friday, and officially launched the iPad on the same day without having stock of the iPad in South Africa. When will the stock arrive? No one knows.... it was supposed to be here last week Friday (according to outside sources).

Ive ordered a paperlike screen protector from USA without any problem. Ive ordered a ISB C hub, apple pencil and a SSD From takealot and no problem.

*** is up iStore? I wish there were more stores from where I could buy Apple products. Atm I am forced to buy from them. I I never have to buy from them again it will be too soon....
