Worst Manager EVER

Went to get my an opinion on my iPhone as the phone was not turning on. The manager Leon at the Pavilion branch rudely came to me and asked me what was the problem and when I explained to him he took my phone to the technician and showed him the phone, came back to me and told me that nothing could be done without asking what I needed basically I just needed to know whether they could assist me in retrieving data from my iCloud as i had important information on my phone. I just needed assistance and not ****ty attitude. After standing in line for over 30 minutes to see a technician that attitude was the last thing I needed
