Worst experience from istore for refund

I made a purchase through the FNB APP online partners (istore) and I was charged twice but now istore is sending me pillar to post for a refund, and are telling me to request FNB to refund the purchase.

I have been communicating through emails & sending screenshots for the purchase. The worst experience I have ever received from istore😪
