Worst Customer Service - Eastgate Branch

Manager from Eastgate branch is rude!!! Staff are unknowledgeable and don’t inform customers properly of what is needed to upgrade. Inconvenience customers! This isn’t the first time I’m having issues with this branch! I have had enough!!!
