Worst customer service

I had the worst experience at Istore I'Langa mall at Nelspruit today. Bongiwe is so rude and kept on giving me an attitude as if I didn't go there to buy a phone. After giving me a run around about proof of res even going too far to ask if I had a car because they don't take bank statement, she then called me to ask me questions after making me wait the whole day. She asked me irrelevant questions like if I'm married of which I answered no, she told me I had failed the test and that I was declined to get the phone. As if I can't afford? I then went to mtn and I was told they will give me the phone but the problem is that they couldn't go through processing for the contract because Bongiwe blocked me and that I had to wait for her to unblock me. I had to go home without my phone because of her. Istore your employees have very poor customer service...Bongiwe is very rude! And chasing away customers!
